Rof, Inc. (formerly known as Ring of Fire Enterprises) is a small family-owned mail-order business located at the northern end of Monterey Bay on the central California coast. The proprietors are Nona Williams and Rob Watson.

We generally ship orders within 24 business hours of receiving them. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the order is shipped.

Returns:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days for new, resalable items and we do not charge a restocking fee. You can request a refund, store credit, or exchange your item for another. Please contact us via phone (831-336-5550) or email for more information.

Credit card orders by phone can be placed Monday through Friday between 10 am and 6 PM Pacific time. Sometimes we're out and about, so we might miss your call. Please leave a message or try later. We accept fax orders 24 hours a day.
